Features
- 1. Double nut-precision ball screw for X, Y and Z-axis. It keeps high precision and durability life of the machine.
- 2. X, Y, Z axis employ AC servo motors, providing variable feed speed change. Rapid feed rate offerss 2-3 times higher efficiency than frequency inverter controlled motor. Greater torque output at low-speed running. It can be fitted with an optional MPG hand wheel.
- 3. The automatic lubrication system adjusts the timing and flow to provide excellent lubricating oil onto all the sliding ways. 4. When lubricant reaches control-limited, it rings and to remind you to fill oil.
- 5. Spindle head can change to variable head.
- 6. Spindle nose of spindle head can change to NT50#.
- 7. Available to be equipped with H type powerful horizontal cutting mechanism. Featuring gear head drive, AC servo motor drive on vertical feed, and hand wheel control for added operational convenience.

The EVEROX EM-1460B / 1660B / 2065B series is a versatile milling machine designed for stable and efficient machining of medium to large workpieces. Equipped with precision double-nut ball screws and AC servo motors on the X, Y, and Z axes, the series provides smooth movement, high positioning precision, and strong low-speed torque. With X-axis travels from 1,400 to 2,000 mm, table load capacities up to 1,500 kg, automatic lubrication, and optional spindle and horizontal cutting configurations, the series offers flexible machining capabilities for a wide range of industrial production requirements.
